Returns Policy

If you are not 100% happy with your product when you receive it you can return it to us for a replacement or refund within 30 Days. Payment for postage to return items shall be at the cost of the customer. The item must be completely unused, in its original packaging with labels attached or no refund will be able to be given. 



If your item is faulty when you receive it we will refund the postage cost to return it to us and we will firstly try to replace the item with a like for like product. If this is not possible we will offer you the choice of either a full refund or a replacement item of the same value.



If your item becomes faulty and is still under the manufacturers warranty the same action will be taken as in paragraph 2.



If your item's manufacturers warranty has expired no further action will be taken.
